BACKGROUND
Ryu have been having problems containing his Dark Hadou.
Soon he won't be able to hold it in much longer........
During a normal day, Ryu is unexpectedly confronted with the
appearance of Shun – a boy claiming to be the long-lost
brother he never knew. Shun shows signs of Dark Hadou as
well. In this movie Ryu must undertake the ultimate
journey of self-discovery and learn to control the power
threatening to consume him. But with this confidence waning,
will he have what it takes to confront Akuma - the vicious lord
of the Dark Hadou himself?
REVIEW
Well I thought SFA could have been better. The animation
in this anime is very sharp and nice, but the story is kind of
weak. Well at least compared to Street Fighter - The
Animated movie. Comparing SFA to SF-the movie would be
like comparing the Detroit Lions to the Detroit Red
Wings.
Also what I didn't like about SFA is that, even though all the
Alpha characters were shown, 1/2 of them did not even talk and
was only on air for a mere 5 seconds. But if you are a fan
of SFA the games, then you might want to check this anime
out. But you should save your $$$. And if you want
to buy a SF anime - Go buy SF - the movie or SFIIV the
series. They are both much better than SFA.
